The Seedlings, the Poplars and The Willows

The Seedlings, The Poplars and The Willows form our SEND provision that enables children with additional needs to thrive. It is a highly personalised, engaging learning environment that meets the needs of our children in a vibrant, fun way where all our children can learn, laugh and love.

 

We recognise that children with complex Special Educational Need or Disability require a curriculum that is highly adapted and personalised. All children based in The Poplars or The Willows are waiting for an EHCP assessment or have an EHCP in place.

 

Our learning spaces and staffing allow small group or individual teaching alongside curriculum opportunities. Our bases provide targeted support to enable progress, achieve identified outcomes and continue to access the mainstream curriculum where appropriate.

 

 

Our provision base curriculum is focussed on language for communication, social communication, learning, social, emotional health and wellbeing, and developing life-skills as well as meeting sensory need. We want all our children to achieve their outcomes, become communicators, be confident, live independent lives and make successful transitions.
