Dear Parents and Carers,
Following the half-term break, parents and carers will be required to select their child’s school meals in advance using the Arbor app. Meal selections are available now, so please take a few minutes to review the school menu below with your child and make your choices ahead of the new half-term.
Weekly Meal Selections
All meal choices must be submitted by 9.00 pm every Sunday for the following week. You can also select meals in advance for future weeks. This will help our kitchen team plan effectively and ensure that meals are prepared for all children.
How to Select Your Child’s Meals
Step 1 – Open the Arbor App
Open the app, tap the three-line menu (☰), then select Meals.
Step 2 – Choose Meals
Select the day you wish to choose a meal for.
Choose a meal from the drop-down menu.
Repeat for each day you require, then tap the green PROCESS button.
Step 3 – Check Your Meal Choices
After tapping the green PROCESS button, check that your selected meals are showing correctly for each day.
If a day displays MEAL CHOICE, this means a meal has been selected for that day.
Important Information
If you don't select a meal your child will receive the Green School Meal for that day.
Packed lunches: If your child brings a packed lunch, select Packed Lunch from Home on the Arbor app.
Meal costs: £3.10 per day (£15.50 per week). Children entitled to Free School Meals (FSM) receive their meals free of charge.
Payments: Please ensure your Arbor account has sufficient funds if you pay for school meals.
Special dietary requirements: Please select a meal from the menu. Our school chef will do their best to provide your chosen meal or a suitable alternative.
Food allergies: Please inform the school office as soon as possible if your child has an allergy that has not already been reported.
Deadline passed: Please contact the school office if you need assistance changing a meal selection.
