Dear Parents/Guardians,
As the start of the new school year approaches, please remember to bring back any prescribed medication that your child requires to take at school.
This includes:
- Inhalers
- Creams
- EpiPens
- Any other prescribed medication, such as liquids, tablets, or drops.
All medication must be brought to the school office along with the completed Prescribed Medication Form. If you do not have a form, one can be collected from the school office.
Once the form has been completed and the medication has been handed in to the office staff, your child’s medication will be passed to their class teacher for safe storage and administration as required.
Please ensure that:
- Medication is not expired.
- Medication is up to date and has the correct prescription label and packaging.
- The medication matches the details provided on the prescribed medication form.
