Making the most of May

We started last week with many of our staff, children and their families celebrating Eid-al-Fitr. The celebration day we had in school on Friday was such a special time for everyone.

It is always lovely to see the children come dressed in their beautiful Eid clothes. I was out at the gate as everyone arrived at school and it was like a fashion show. During the day the children made decorations and the staff had other fun activities planned, then in the afternoon it was party time right across school. 🎈🍰😁

May is always a busy month in school and this week is Year 6 SATs after a two-year break. The children are well prepared, ready, and up for it and I know I can count on you all to support Year 6 staff and the children in any way you can. Good luck 🤞🍀
