A wonderful week of wellbeing

The perfect end to a busy half term has been another fun and very successful Wellbeing Week in school.

The Wellbeing Week timetable included lots of exciting ideas and resources put together with great care by Mrs McMullen to help maximise the joy of wellbeing week for everyone. Here is a taster of some of the things on offer.

Children's Mental Health Week resources - Children's Mental Health Week 2023 is from 6th - 12th February and this year's theme is 'Let's Connect'. The resources and ideas can be used as part of wellbeing week. Please follow this link for more information; childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk

Children's Mental Health Week Place2Be's Official Children’s Mental Health Week 2023 will take place from 6-12 February 2023. This year’s theme is Let’s Connect and our primary and secondary resources are available to download now. Pre-recorded mindfulness session for staff & children - we have always enjoyed a focus on mindfulness during wellbeing week and this year was no exception. There are pre-recorded mindfulness sessions on the website under the 'Web of Wellbeing' tab, which is under the 'Families' tab.

Web of Wellbeing - Please check out our 'Web of Wellbeing' on the school website. Here staff, children and parents can find advice, support and resources in relation to mental health & wellbeing. Please do have a look!

The Calm Cabin - a home from home - this exciting space dedicated to mindfulness and wellbeing can be booked for groups of up to 10 children.

 

We had a wonderful wellbeing week, and everyone felt calmer, happier and ready for the half term break.
