During well-being week we did lots of different activities to relax, have fun and try new things. We made some delicious pizza with yummy toppings. We started with the dough then we put the sauce on. We cut up the vegetable toppings such as peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes and added them on. We sprinkled cheese on top and all of year five made a pizza each to take home.
We also made dream-catchers where we used paper plates and decorated them with some amazing designs and then we weaved some colourful string through the plates. To help us relax we made glitter jars - so that we could shake them whenever we felt stressed. The jars had glitter, colourful water and glue for texture.
We also had mini-yoga and sports activities and lots of other mindful activities.
