Every day really does count!
When we came back to school in September I said Attendance was to be an "Obsession" for Harehills Primary and I am pleased to see everyone has responded to this. Whole school levels of Attendance for the last two weeks have been 98%. That means most of our children have been at school every day learning. Lets keep on going!

Mrs Lee our new Deputy Head teacher has been out and about this week getting to know our children and she has been so impressed with children's attitudes to learning both inside and outside the classroom. "Food glorious food"
This September sees the beginning of Universal Free school meals for all children in Foundation 2, Year 1 and Year 2
Our school target is to get all 270 of our children having a healthy school meal. After only three days in school we had 85% of Year 2 children enjoying their lunch together and an incredible 98% of Year 1 too. What an achievement to see Year 2 children...
I am delighted and excited to welcome you and your children back to Harehills Primary School as your new Head teacher. Over the summer holidays we have been busy decorating inside school and extending the Office so that we can support you more effectively. This work will not be complete until Half term so please take extra care when walking around the building. Follow the signs!
