Hello Elford 2!
Hello Elford 2, Miss Leckenby here again. I hope you are all well! What a crazy three weeks this has been. I am missing you all so much and hope we return to school soon. It is currently the Easter holidays, I hope you have all had chance to rest and enjoy the sunshine during your daily exercise time. We have been using this time to walk our little dog Harry and explore our local park. We found a hidden path which leads to a beautiful woodland area and a BMX dirt track which has been good fun. I can't believe we had never noticed it before!
We have been trying to keep busy by doing lots of crafts and gardening. Oliver has now finished his volcano and Theo his T-rex. Theo really made me laugh when he thought he could play with his dinosaur, he made it STOMP and the legs broke off! Take a look at the picture, it is quite funny.
We are also having success in the garden. Our sweetcorn, cucmbers and leeks are growing well in the greenhouse and our cabbages are starting to sprout in the planter. Still no sign of the carrots and peas yet but it is still early in the season.
I can't wait to find out what all of you have been doing. I hope you are making good use of the learning packs. There's some fabulous links to websites in the home learning section of this website too. Please take a look.
The most important thing of all is that you stay safe and well. Look after yourselves and I hope to talk to you all soon!
